Third-Party Subscriptions
You plug in your own accounts so you control costs and data. Only one integration is actually required to run the CRM — Google Maps Platform. Everything else is optional and added as you need it.
Niche Data — Bundled With Niche OS
Niche Data delivers fresh distressed property records to your pipeline every day — foreclosures, divorces, probate, surplus funds — pre-enriched with skip tracing, parcel data, and equity calculations. Niche OS includes 5 counties of foreclosure data. On the CRM-only plan, Niche Data is available as a separate subscription whenever you're ready.

We offer two plans. Niche OS is $3,000 upfront plus $1,000 / month on a 12-month commitment and includes the CRM, Niche Community access, 5 counties of Niche Data, and free support for the first user. Niche CRM (CRM only) is $5,000 total upfront ($2,500 at signing, $2,500 after installation) plus $300 / month for the first user support fee. On both plans, additional users are $100 / month each.
Yes. Salesforce licenses are not included in either plan. Each user on your team needs their own Salesforce seat, billed directly by Salesforce. We help you size and provision the right edition during onboarding.
Only one: a Google Maps Platform account (used for Address Validation, Maps, routing, and Street View). Every other integration — Twilio, SendGrid, LOB, DocuSign, SmrtPhone, LINQ, and Niche Data (on the CRM-only plan) — is optional. You plug in whichever ones match how you work, and you can add more later.
With Niche OS, yes — the community and 5 counties of foreclosure data are bundled in. On the CRM-only plan, both are sold separately: Niche Community access (which bundles 5 counties of foreclosure data) is $500 / month, and additional Niche Data foreclosure lists are $100 / county / month. If you want the full stack, Niche OS is almost always the better value.
Niche OS is a 12-month commitment at $1,000 / month after the upfront setup. The CRM-only plan has no minimum monthly commitment — it's the upfront setup plus ongoing support fees. Contact us if you'd like to discuss custom terms for larger teams.
On both plans, the first user's support is included in the base monthly fee. Each additional user on your team is a flat $100 / month support fee. That covers training, live support, and issue escalation for that user.
