Niche CRM
Monthly Releases

Always Building. Always Improving.

Niche CRM isn't a platform we built once and walked away from. We ship new features every single month — driven by real use, tested in real business, delivered to our community at no extra cost.

Why Niche Is Different

Constant Development. Led By A Real Investor.

Niche CRM is led by real estate professional Michael Franke, who uses the platform every single day to run his own active acquisition business.

This changes everything.

Every feature we build, we build for Michael first. Every workflow gets tested inside a live investor operation — not in a sterile development environment. Every bug gets caught in real-world use, on real deals, with real deadlines.

Once a feature proves itself in Michael's business, we ship it to our entire community. No upsells. No premium tiers. No hidden charges. Every improvement is included in what you already have.

This is what makes Niche different from every other real estate CRM on the market. We don't guess what investors need. We know — because the person leading this platform is an investor, closing deals with it, every day.

Why Monthly?

Most software companies release major updates once or twice a year. We release every month because real estate moves fast — and your tools should move faster.

Features shipped in the same month they're requested

Features you requested last month can be in your hands this month.

Bugs fixed fast, not queued up

Bugs get fixed quickly, not queued up for a distant "next major version".

Stay modern. Stay ahead.

Your CRM stays modern, stays relevant, and stays ahead of the market.

Never using yesterday's tool

You never feel like you're using yesterday's tool to close today's deals.

Our development process is simple: Build → Test in Michael's business → Release to the community. Every month. Every time. Always free.

August 2026

August Release

Nine new features focused on reaching relatives, closing the loop on every response, and giving your field team tools that work right at the door.

An entirely new campaign type. Until now, every campaign you built targeted the homeowner. You can now build campaigns that target a record's relatives instead — the spouse, parent, sibling, or in-law already attached to that record.

Everything you already know about campaigns carries over. The same filters, the same custom settings, the same message templates, the same multi-channel steps and delays. Nothing to relearn — you simply point the campaign at relatives rather than owners.

This is how probate and estate deals actually get worked. The owner has passed away or moved on, and the daughter is the one making decisions. Now you can run a full automated sequence to reach her.

When a door knocker logs a door knock event, they can now select a previously created sticky note template, print it on a handheld printer, and leave it physically on the door.

Nobody home is no longer a wasted trip. Instead of a generic flyer, the homeowner finds a note that was printed for them, at their door, at that moment — and every note you leave is tied back to the door knock event on the record.

A new Lis Pendens date field has been added to the top line of the record — right where your highest-signal fields live.

It is context-aware. When the record type is Lis Pendens (Notice of Default), the Lis Pendens date is displayed. When the record type is Foreclosure, the standard auction date field is displayed instead.

One record layout, the correct date for whichever track that record is actually on. No irrelevant empty fields, no hunting for the date that matters.

Variables and keywords now work inside email subject lines, not only in the body of the message. Pull the property address, the owner's name, the county, or any other field straight into the subject.

The subject line decides whether an email gets opened at all. A subject that names the seller's own street reads like a real message about a real property — because it is.

When an appointment is scheduled, Niche CRM can now send the homeowner an automatic SMS reminder. Send it one day in advance, one hour in advance, or on any custom schedule you define.

Every no-show costs you a drive, a time slot, and momentum on a live deal. A reminder that sends itself is the cheapest way to protect the appointments your team already worked hard to book.

When a seller leaves a voicemail through Twilio, you can now listen to it directly inside Niche CRM — attached to the record it belongs to.

No logging into a separate application, no hunting for the right message, no missed callback because the voicemail sat somewhere nobody checks. The message is on the record, next to every other communication with that seller.

Organizations running several licenses can now configure notifications per user. Each person on your team defines the notification types they want to receive, independently of everyone else.

Your acquisitions manager, your cold caller, your transaction coordinator, and your owner all care about completely different events. Now each of them gets exactly what they need — and nothing they don't.

Campaign members can now be viewed in a Kanban board — every member as a card, organized by stage, so you can see the shape of a campaign at a glance instead of reading down a list.

Where is everyone piling up? Which stage is moving and which one is stuck? A board answers that in a second, and a list never does.

A new set of filters surfaces every inbound message your team has not replied to — unanswered texts, unanswered emails, and incoming calls with no follow-up. We call it the Response Digest.

This is where deals quietly die. A seller replies, it lands during a busy afternoon, and nobody circles back. The Response Digest makes that pile impossible to miss — so every seller who raised their hand actually gets an answer.
