# Niche CRM

> Niche CRM is a fully custom Salesforce-based CRM built exclusively for real estate investors working foreclosure, probate, divorce, and surplus-funds lists. It is distributed as a Salesforce Managed Package — each customer gets an isolated Salesforce org. Niche CRM works alongside its sister product, Niche Data (nichedata.ai), which delivers daily enriched distressed-property records directly into the CRM pipeline. Both are part of the Niche ecosystem operated by Niche Solutions, alongside Niche Acquisitions (an active real estate investment business that uses the CRM daily) and Niche Community (coaching and education for investors).
